The best thing out right now
So I have tried so many different diet pills, and this one is the best one out since the good old days of diet pills. I took it as directed initially (2 pills X 3 meals day, but it made feel a little sick. So I just take two before breakfast (no coffee in the AM) and I don't feel hungry at all. I am a huge snacker, too. I have to force my self to eat my lunch. I could probably just take two in the morning and be good the rest of the day. If I know I will be up late I take two before dinner. The energy that I get from this is consistent, and there are no jitters. No other diet pill has had this effect on me in a while, and I am a diet pill junky. The price was nice, too.I lost three pounds my first week.

Great product that works!
I've been using Xenadrine for a few years now, and I find myself going back to use it whenever I need to lose some weight. I've tried other OTC weight loss pills, to find it doesn't work or makes me feel ill. This product doesn't give you jitters or anything you'd get from other pills, but it does give you energy. It is not a miracle pill, but you will gradually see weight loss after continued use. Usually it takes a couple weeks to start seeing the weight come off and it will continue to come off as long as you keep using it and of course a diet low in fat and a little exercise helps speed things up. You gotta make your own positive changes for anything to take effect. You can eat things you like, but try to eat the junky fatty stuff in small amounts when you have a craving and limit it as much as you can so you work towards a healthier weight.Overall, this product works, and it hasn't made me feel ill or have bad reactions like other pills do. Picture is different than product.
I purchased this product soley based on the bottle. I had used this version before and it worked well. I am not sure if they have just updated their bottle or not, but someone should atleast note that. But other than that it has worked great for me again. I would definitely recommend this if you need a little help to burn a couple extra pounds. I am 5'9" was 180 got myself down to 170 and got stagnant. I used the Xenedrine and dropped down to 164 in 3 weeks. This is the second time I have used this product and it has worked both times. I have always accompanied this with a diet, exercise, and a multi vitamin. Good luck.

Worked Well For Me
Well when i first started taking this pill I saw results almost instantly. Considering I took them on a drive to cali from Washington and i ate jack in the box twice a day, sitting on my [...] driving, and if i wasnt doing that staying inside a hotel and somehow lost 5 lbs in a week of doing nothing but that. It does give u a hyper anxiety feeling at first but ive been using it off and on for a couple years and now i dont feel anything...just a curbed appetite and i crash after 5 hours. BUt its deffinantly good for the first time user who doesnt have anxiety problems, and ofcourse uses it for a short time. I would recommend it. Oh and after having a baby i took the pill prior to going to the gym and lost 25 lbs in 3 months. Taking a pill 3 days out of the week and going to the gym twice a week for an hour. Worked pretty fast.

Good but...
I love Xenadrine; I've read reviews of about 15 other products but no one convinced me. I'd rather go for the old known, than the new to discover.The "but" stated on the title is because I was a little disappointed with the energy boost. It's true, I've only taken 1 pill every time I excercise, but the point is that 1 pill of the old Xenadrine gave me 3 times the boost of this one.However, the BEST of this product is the zero-secondary effects. With the old Xenadrine, I felt nauseas, a little dizzy after excercise, and some other effects; but not with this one.Overall, I would recommend it; the boost is not felt with a great impact, but it DOES give you more resistance, THAT'S for sure!!!

Helps burn when you go to the gym
I began taking this because other diet pills and appetite suppressants made me jittery and shaky and still didn't really control my hunger. When I first tried it, this one still made me a little jittery but not as bad and my body started to acclimate to it unlike the other I tried ( I only tried one other type: GNC brand) I notice I will feel warm like my body temperature rises when I take this so I really believe my metabolism is increasing. I will take it when going to work out but only one pill because I don't want to overwork my heart.

Side Effects Beware
I actually just started taking the Xenadrine Xtreme yesterday, so maybe this is a bit premature, but I wanted to share with you all the side effects. Please excuse the "too much information"! I'm only saying it for your benefit! Haha.The first day I took it at 8 a.m. By 8:30 I was extremely alert and hyper. I also felt like I was going to have a panic attack, but that feeling soon wore off. I went to the bathroom (number 2) 4 times in 3 hours. I took another at 1. By this time, the hyperness had worn off, and for the rest of the night I felt no effects. However, around 7 p.m. I become INCREDIBLY hungry.Today, I took one at 8 a.m. again, and again, I became insatiably hungry, wanting to eat more than I ever had before. I took another at 1:30 or so, and continued being hungry, even though I ate a full lunch and had snacked at work. It is 7 p.m. now and I am STARVING, again. I am no more awake than I was when I first got up this morning, and I felt intermittently...

Great Product
I had previously taken the Xenadrine with caffeine and lost 30 pounds in a year's time with no diet or exercise. This time around I am taking the caffeine free one because it doesn't make me jittery or sick to my stomach.I take two before lunch and eat half as much as I would normally eat. I also take two before I leave work, around 5:30 so that when I get home I am not starving for the rest of the evening and eat a little bit and don't even eat anything after 9pm. They are really great and cheaper on amazon. I am getting two bottles. Definitely recommend for appetite suppression.

I works
I've been using this product for about a week now, along with green t mega t diet pills. I had previously lost 30 pounds before and it went off pretty easily without diet pills, i just exercised and ate healthy and kept at it. But after I started on birth control, even after working out everyday on both the elliptical and treadmill, AND JOGGING for 2 hours a day, burning 800+ calories the weight just wasn't coming off AT ALL. I started the diet pills to help keep the water weight off because I gained so much. It seems to be working so far. My pants are already starting to sag on me. I gives me a nice energy boost and decreases my appetite. I wanted to take this along with the green t because i also wanted a diet pill that was caffeine free so I can take it at night when my appetie is biggest. Anyway, i'd say it's doing a great job at keeping the water weight off. I would def buy this again and might even try some of the other versions as well in the future.

Pleased
So far I am very pleased with these pills, but not with the seller. I have been taking them for a week and a half now and they have done an excellent job curbing my appetite, as well as giving me a good energy boost. My only complaint is the same as MondoCondo's, when I ordered these pills I only received 60 pills, not the 120 that's listed. So nothing against the pills, but I do have a problem with the seller.

Great so far!
I'm heading into my fourth day using this product and really like it so far. I haven't had any of the jitters or heart racing that other people have experienced with such products. It's given me more energy and concentration- better than any adderall. I have been jogging at least a mile and a half a day with at least 3% incline and have lost 5 lbs in three days. It's not water weight- I have been drinking a lot of water. I am also using the weight watchers scale which measures body fat, h20 percentage, etc which helps. I will admit that it has made me go to the bathroom more often but hey, it's like a much cheaper colon cleanse! Overall, great product at a good price and so far, good results!

Does the job, no disappointments!!
This works if you work out and have a good diet. wont work if you eat like crap - will only maintain weight ( i learned that the hard way lol). I dont recommend taking it everyday b/c your body will get used to it. i mainly use it for cardio and have better results for it compared to taking this and lifting weights
